How can I import accompanying documents?
Accompanying documents such as delivery notes or picking lists can be added to previously created orders using the email importer.
For the documents to be assigned correctly to the respective orders, certain rules must be followed:
An accompanying document is assigned based on the document's file name.
The file name must be unique and must consist of one of the accepted data fields.
Accepted data fields are the order number, shipment number, delivery note number, or the recipient's customer number (see also Importing delivery orders via a CSV file).
The file name must match one of these values, e.g. the delivery note number.
If the delivery note number was specified as
LS_1001when the order was created, the accompanying document's file name must beLS_1001.pdf.If you want to import several accompanying documents, each must be sent as a separate PDF file.
