Release Notes August 2026
Features and Updates we shipped in August 2026
Feature highlight: Reports
🆕 What's new
The dashboard has a new Reports section where users find the reports shared with them. Admins upload PDF or CSV files through the API and set visibility per report, sharing with specific roles or individual users. Reports drop out of the list once they expire, and if e-mail notification is enabled, everyone with access is told when a report is ready.
🦾 Why this is important
Operators currently distribute reports outside the platform, by e-mail or through ad-hoc requests to our support team. That means no control over who sees what, no record of what was shared, and files that stay accessible long after they're relevant. Putting reports in the dashboard gives admins per-report visibility rules and expiry, and gives users one place to look.
🔜 What's next
Report generation isn't part of the platform yet, so admins produce the files elsewhere and upload them. Next is moving the exports that already exist, such as CSV downloads, into the Reports section, and attaching reporting to features that produce data worth sharing, beginning with driver payroll reports.
More features and updates
Updated Webbooker
The Webbooker has been redesigned with a new layout, clearer steps, and fewer fields to complete. The updated experience gives customers a more streamlined booking flow and creates a stronger first impression of the operator's service.
Recovery outcomes when failing a stop
Failing a stop now accepts an optional outcome that decides what happens next. A Return sends the goods back to the pickup address and a Reattempt creates a copy of the failed stop for a second try. Either can be dispatched onto the failing tour immediately or left for the dispatcher to send out later.
Immediate ETA recalculation when stops are grouped
Grouping stops now refreshes their estimated arrival times right away. Previously, stops grouped after their tour had been dispatched kept their earlier ungrouped ETAs until some other change forced a recalculation.
Automatic stop groups for stops created from places
Stops created from a place now receive a stop group automatically. This applies on booking creation and when inserting a custom stop, unless a custom group is already set. A custom group is never overwritten.
